How to Get More Likes on Likee?

With approximately 150 million active monthly users, Likee is no slouch on the social media scene. Getting ahead on Likee means figuring out how to stand out from the other publishers in your niche.

Not to mention how to get more likes on Likee for your videos. Hence, every like is also technically a call to action – motivating others to check out your content.

In addition, likes are used as part of the Likee search algorithm. The more likes your videos collect, the more likely they are to be promoted by Likee. This, therefore, means that likes translate to both enhanced exposure and a major credibility boost. Precisely why it’s a good idea to invest as much time and effort as necessary to get more likes for your content.

How to Get More Likee Likes?

The process of getting likes on Likee is relatively straightforward. For the most part, it’s about creating the kind of content that attracts likes organically. There’s much that can be done to motivate and inspire people to leave likes. But if you’re not publishing superior content in the first place, the rest is irrelevant.

Still, publishing interesting content alone on platforms like Likee isn’t enough. There’s simply too much competition to get away with any kind of passive publishing strategy. Productivity holds the key to success on all social media platforms – including Likee.

It’s therefore important to devise and implement a multi-dimensional promotional strategy for your content. Primarily, these are the 13 things every publisher should be doing to get more likes on Likee:

1. Creating An Attractive Profile

First up, you need to assume that those who see your content will also check out your profile. In doing so, they’ll have the opportunity to see the rest of your videos. Something that could bring a ton of likes your way, just as long as they like what they see.

Creating an attractive profile on Likee means ticking a few basic boxes. You need a simple and catchy username, an eye-catching profile picture, plenty of information about who you are, and an appealing bio. While creating your profile, ensure you include a good handful of relevant keywords based on relevant search terms.

2. Make Original Videos

In terms of the content itself, nothing matters more than originality. You need to be mindful of the quantity of content being published on Likee daily. Standing out from the crowd isn’t as easy as copying or imitating the content other people are publishing.

Instead, you need to make every effort to ensure that your content is 100% original 100% of the time. It needs to be relevant to your niche and of value to your audience, with at least something differentiating it from the other content on the platform. Originality can (and often does) make all the difference on Likee.

3. Make Creative Videos of Flawless Quality

Two things to take into account here – the first of which is creativity. As in the previous point, it’s up to you to ensure your videos are 100% unique and original. Something that takes creativity and innovation if you’re to publish appealing content.

Secondly, the quality of your videos also needs to be flawless. Your videos should be beautifully presented, professionally edited, and in no way amateurish. The higher the quality of the videos you publish, the more likely they will be taken seriously.

4. Use Relevant Hashtags

Hashtags are important as they direct traffic on the basis of specific topics, niches, and keywords. You, therefore, need to determine which hashtags are most relevant to your content and use them. Unless they are directly relevant to the content you publish, don’t use them.

Overusing (or misusing) hashtags is worse than using no hashtags at all. It’s a common mistake made by publishers looking to boost traffic and attract likes. Sadly, any hashtags that aren’t relevant to your content are likely to have the opposite of the intended effect.

5. Collaborate With Popular Influencers

This can be pure gold for any promotional campaign in more ways than one. A single collaboration with a popular influencer can be all it takes to reach a huge audience on Likee. Not to mention, generate countless likes and maybe bring a wave of new followers on board.

Contrary to popular belief, influencers aren’t nearly as hard to appeal to as you might think. Just as long as you’re publishing content of relevance and value to their audience, they may be perfectly happy to help you out. There’s no shortage of influencers out there, so feel free to reach out to as many as you like.

6. Post Regularly

Post regularly matters because most people these days have very short attention spans. This is particularly true on social media, where people go for instant gratification. If there’s a publisher they like, they expect a steady and regular stream of content from them. Otherwise, they take their business elsewhere.

Likes can be generated by keeping your audience entertained with regular posts. Always remember that keeping current viewers interested is just as important as getting new viewers on board. Focus heavily on retaining those who’ve already taken an interest in your content by posting regularly and consistently.

7. Share Your Videos on Other Platforms

The chances are that if you’re active on Likee, you’re probably active on other social networks. In which case, it makes sense to share and showcase your content elsewhere. It is a great way of generating likes and also encouraging people to follow you on Likee.

Each time you publish something on Likee, let your other social audiences know about it. In the meantime, showcase quality posts from your back catalog and promote your profile.

Use every online (and offline) channel at your disposal to generate interest in your Likee videos. Link to your most popular videos and remind those who check you out to leave likes while doing so.

8. Be Active

Being active on platforms like Likee is about more than just publishing great content. It’s about taking the time to interact with your viewers and getting to know your audience. More specifically, it means communicating with your audience and letting them know you’re listening at all times.

Commenting on other people’s posts is a great place to start, as is leaving plenty of likes and following your followers. When somebody leaves a comment on one of your videos, it deserves an immediate and personal response. The more actively you engage your audience, the more likely they are to show their appreciation in return.

9. Post Short Videos

On almost all video-sharing platforms, short videos are more popular than their longer counterparts. As touched upon earlier, most people turn to social media for instant gratification. They want the kind of content that entertains, educates, or inspires in a matter of seconds.

There’s a time and a place for longer content, but shorter videos are the preferred choice for most. Even if it’s necessary for you to publish longer videos in general, perhaps intersperse them with shorter clips.

Check out “YouTube Shorts” for an idea of what’s making waves on the world’s biggest video sharing platform. Short videos that get the job done in a matter of seconds really are the in-thing. Not to mention pure dynamite for generating likes and exposure.

10. Upload At The Right Time

The right time to upload videos is when your audience is at its most active. Depending on what you publish and who you target, this could be pretty much any time of day or night. While conducting your audience research, you need to work out when your viewers are most active and receptive. At which point, you can schedule your future posts accordingly.

Posting content when your audience is inactive is a waste of quality material. The same goes for republishing your older videos, which is something you should be doing on a regular basis. Only ever post when you know people are watching, or you could be wasting your time.

11. Engage With Your Followers

This is technically a repeat of the “Be Active” guideline but warrants repeating big time. Likee publishers who engage with their followers are always the most attractive publishers. By contrast, those who sit around silently are nowhere near as appealing. Social media is a social platform – hence, the importance of two-way communication.

Take the time to reach out to your followers, demonstrate an interest in their content, and start the conversation. Don’t wait for others to do the work on your behalf – take the initiative and make every effort to engage with your followers at all times.

12. Target Your Audience

This means avoiding the temptation to cast your net too broadly and hop on every bandwagon. If you want to build an audience of engaged followers on Likee, you need to focus on their interests alone. Whatever niche you choose, you need to stick to it and be true to it.

Extensive audience research holds the key to building an engaged following on platforms like this. You need to know what your audience is looking for and how to give it to them, more specifically, how to give it to them in a way nobody else can. Analyze their behavior, identify their preferences and do what it takes to exceed their expectations.
