Forgot your password or just want to update it for security? No worries, this quick guide will show you exactly how to reset or change your password on Media Mister in just a few easy steps.
Case 1: Can’t remember your password and want to reset it
- Go to the Media Mister login page.
- Click on “Forgot Password?” below the Sign In button.
- Enter your “registered email address” in the “Forget your password?” section.
- Click “Reset Password” to get a password reset link via email.
- Open the email and click on the “reset link” provided. First, enter your “registered email address” in the designated box
- Set a “new password” in the field. Re-enter the “same password” in the “Confirm Password” field.
- Click “Set New Password” to save your changes. You can now “Sign in” using your new password.
Note: If you don’t receive any email from us, check your spam folder for the reset link. If no email is received, contact our customer support via live chat or email.
Case 2: You know your password but want to change it
- First, “Sign in” to your account with your registered email address and current password on Media Mister.
- Go to the “Change Password” section.
- Enter your “Current password,” then type your “New password” in the designated field. Re-enter your password in the “Confirm Password” box.
- Then, click “Update your Password” to save your changes. Then, log in again with your new password.
