14 Powerful Tips to Use Clubhouse for Business

Here are the most powerful tips that any small business owner can use to attract potential customers from Clubhouse. Stick to these tips to get the best results possible.

1. Optimize Your Clubhouse Bio

Your Clubhouse bio is the first thing that gets people’s attention, so make sure it’s well written. Introduce yourself as a small business owner and talk about what kind of products or services your company provides. Keep it simple, concise, and non-convoluted, so your intended audience can understand it easily.

Also, search for some top keywords of your niche with high search volume and embed them in the bio. Adding keywords increases the searchability of your profile and its odds of getting discovered by the target audience.

2. Find Niche Relevant People

The Clubhouse is a massive platform with tons of different communities and audiences. From pop culture to Korean dramas and Netflix enthusiasts to Marvel fans, you will find all sorts of people here. However, like all business owners, you must connect with people related to your niche for effective promotion.

And it’s not that difficult to track them down. Just search for the possible rooms where your intended audience could be, and voila! Once you find the people in your industry, feel free to promote your business in front of them. Those people will not only understand the nature of your business but might also consider buying your products or services.

3. Network, Network, Network

Like all other social media platforms, you must build a solid network on Clubhouse for effective promotion. Start by connecting with people with the same interests as yours, preferably those from the same niche. Also, join clubs or regular rooms and grow your presence there to utilize it for promotion later.

Once your network is strong enough, begin marketing, and tell people about your business. This way, you can draw more people’s attention and increase the number of potential customers. Remember that on a platform like Clubhouse, there’s nothing you can do without building a network. So, focus on expanding your connection to achieve your goal.

4. Build Your Brand Reputation

To use Clubhouse for business, you first need to establish your brand’s reputation there. There are a lot of things you can do to achieve this goal. Here are some examples:

• Mention your brand’s values in the bio section.
• Directly connect with the people of your niche and tell them about your services.
• Join rooms and publicly discuss why your brand is better than others and what you offer is unique.

Now, it might take some time and a lot of marketing to build your brand’s reputation. However, it will pay off in the long run once you convince people of your brand’s authenticity.

5. Holding Virtual Events

Holding virtual events on Clubhouse is an excellent way of promoting your business. You can simply schedule a room to go live on a specific day and share the news with your target audience. Tell them you will introduce new products or services at the event.

You can also promote your event in the clubs that are all about virtual events. Currently, the biggest club for this job is “Virtual events & experiences collective,” with more than 18.8k members.

Join this club and promote your virtual event there to boost the attendees. Using this tactic will allow you to increase your brand awareness on Clubhouse and also attract more customers. Therefore, always keep a couple of virtual events in the pipeline for business promotion.

6. Create an Engaging Club or Room

Clubhouse allows users to create clubs and rooms for whatever purpose they like. Anyone can start a room for holding debates, exciting discussions, or hanging out with friends. As a business owner, you should also create an engaging club or room for the people of your niche.

It will allow you to gather all the target audience in one place to promote your business efficiently. But the problem is that you cannot create a room or club solely for promotional purposes. Just think about it for a second; why would anyone join a club where someone just talks about their business?

So, come up with an exciting topic for your club or room and hold discussions to get members. Also, give value to the members and add more engagement to the club consistently. That’s how you’ll be able to convert the members to customers.

7. Stick to the Point

This subheading is more of advice than a tactic, and it has two meanings. First, don’t get sidetracked if you speak in a room or engage with people in a club. Remember that your primary purpose is to promote your business, so stick to the point.

Second, it’s true that the Clubhouse offers many exciting features and is filled with tons of communities. But then again, you must focus on your main goal and promote your business on Clubhouse without faltering.

8. Be and Invite a Guest

Invite public speakers as guests in your chat rooms and join their rooms as a guest when invited. See, when you invite others to join your room as guests, they feel honored and valued. They will not only speak well in your room but also return the favor by inviting you.

Always accept an invitation to join a club or room as it’s an excellent opportunity to promote your business. As a guest, you can establish your presence as the guru of your niche and talk about your brand freely. Simply put, inviting others strengthens your network, while getting invited gives you a chance to promote your business.

9. Find Investors

The Clubhouse is currently the hottest social media platform crawling with investors. Many venture capitalists join this platform to search for potential businesses to invest in. So, take advantage of this situation and find investors to invest in your business and expand its growth.

But for this tactic to work, you must know where to find the investors. Well, the good news is that a couple of prominent investors have made a show on Clubhouse called “Angel house.” This room goes live every Wednesday at 3 pm pacific time.

Millions of people join this room, where investors allow business owners to pitch their ideas. Many new founders are growing their businesses this way, so prepare your pitch today and get ready to impress investors.

10. Conduct Interviews

The Clubhouse audience loves nothing more than listening to the interviews of experts. There are several rooms that people use as podcasts and invite famous people of different niches to interview them. It is an excellent tactic to get the audience’s attention and build your reputation on the platform.

So, schedule a room in Clubhouse and invite experts of your niche weekly to discuss hot topics. Applying this tactic will benefit you in two ways. One, it will attract your target audience and keep your current followers engaged. Second, you can discuss your business during the interview and ask the guest to endorse your brand.

11. Do Collaboration

Collaborations are a great way of expanding your social network on Clubhouse and getting audience exposure. See, when you work with a fellow creator and start a room, of course, their audience will also join it. This will allow you to promote your business in front of a new audience.

Also, you can utilize this opportunity to mesmerize them with your knowledge and make them follow you. Ergo, you can boost not only your brand awareness through this tactic but also the number of followers. Reach out to the experts of your niche from time to time, and collaborate with them for the collective good.

12. Attend Other Events

Try attending as many events as possible to learn about the trends and understand the audience’s interests. You can use the information gathered from others’ events to improve the quality of your future events.

It will also give you a chance to meet new people and expand your social circle. So, keep an eye on all the upcoming events of your niche and attend them to learn and succeed.

13. Utilize Multiple Social Media Platforms

Don’t just rely on Clubhouse to promote your business and utilize multiple social media platforms. All the major social apps like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram have billions of active users globally. Use their massive audience to your advantage and make your accounts there to promote your business.

However, these platforms aren’t as fresh as Clubhouse and are crawling with marketers and brands. Therefore, you’ll have to go the extra mile to promote your business and attract the audience on these platforms.

14. Build Your Following

Successful promotion on Clubhouse highly depends on your fan following. The more followers and connections you have, the easier it will become for you to promote your business.
